Josie's unique style of laid back acoustic pop is influenced by the likes of Ani DiFranco, The Beautiful Girls and Damien Rice.

Josie has appeared live to air numerous times on Noosa Community Radio F.M. 101.3 where her original songs have been receiving generous airplay.

Since the launch of her debut album, Josie has also received airplay from ABC Coast F.M. as well as many other community and commercial stations around Australia.

Born in Queensland, Australia,Josie has been writing songs since she was 14 years old. At 18 Josie began her solo career as a full-time musician and has since released her first CD "Out of the Gardens".

Josie is an amazing song writer and though her vocal style may remind you of others you've heard before, Josie's vocal quality is totally unique. Her dynamics are breathtaking and the emotion and feeling she brings to each song will open even the most cynical heart.
